We've lived in our new house exactly one week today. Yeah! We've already learned some very valuable lessons. I hope that there is one person in particular who has learned a very valuable lesson. This person, who shall remain nameless, must first admit to themselves that they are not a fix-it person. This person also needs to accept the fact that we might just have to pay other people to do things like hook up the washing machine correctly so that the water doesn't leak into our lovely and perfectly carpeted floor so that we don't have to rip up said carpet and matting underneath to soak up the gallons of water that leaked out of said washing machine. (You may now catch your breath from my run-on.) It just so happens that this person still will not admit that he/she did anything wrong. "There was something wrong with the pipes," they said. Aargh!

It all boils down to who wanted the washing machine in the first place?!?
